This place is a real 'treat'. Lots of places talk about 'fresh' and 'local' but these guys really mean it - it's not cheap but it's worth every penny. Super tasty and minimal guilt makes it so good!

Love The Cooper! Great place for Sunday brunch - $10 bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary's. Love the BLT&A, the steak and eggs are also good. Great for large groups and for outside dining.

Cool place, good vibe, very busy. Make a reservation. The libations were top notch When in PB Gardens, this is a must go to.

Excellent Fresh food and great service... They have a wide variety of items for the heath conscious... I love the watermelon kale salad! The decor is also very nice,,, it's a pleasant escape..

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. A colleague and myself decided to stop by one day, we were immediately greeted by David at the bar, then introduced to David....and told that if we were to sit at the outside bar, we would find another David. Still with me? So the initial impression was very good, not only was David #1 extremely personable, he also had a knack for making amazing drinks. Probably the best Vodka Collins I've ever had. He then recommended the kale hummus and naan, another knockout. By this point he had earned my trust and per his recommendation a third time I ordered a burger. Medium rare, cheese and fries. Best burger I've had in a while. I went back two days later for an early dinner and surprise surprise, David #1 was sitting at the bar prior to his shift and David #2/Ta-nae-nae were bar tending. David #1 turned to me, greeted me by my first name (which is always huge for me, I always remember names, so when someone else does it shows they care, I'm so glad they take interest in their customers here). Ta-nae-nae made my drink and David #2 now gave me a good recommendation, the turkey burger with goat cheese and tomatoes. This turkey burger was so good I didn't want to ruin it with any sauce. The tomatoes and goat cheese worked so well with each other. Fun environment, fantastic food and great people. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the Palm Beach area

Food was superb. Ordered the dates, steak tartare, trout and octopus. Yum. The steak tartare could have been much better - not nearly enough seasoning and the quail egg didn't add much to this expensive app. However, the octopus was melt in your mouth, the trout - juicy and flaky, and the dates - so savory. While the food was superb, we do feel like we got a fast one pulled on us. We came in time for happy hour not realizing they had a different menu. We were seated right next to the bar and were upsold on some items. When we asked if there was happy hour, we were told yes after we had already ordered. If we just sat literally 2 ft away, we would have a lot of good discounts, but was never initially informed that that was an option. Then our waitress proceeded to bring over menus for happy hour stating we could eat there next time, but offering nothing for this time. After we noticed the happy hour in the bar area, we overheard the entire bar staff thoroughly explaining the deals and what to order to get the best bang for your buck. At the end, our plates were empty for at least 10-15 min before she noticed, then walked away and came back another 5-10 min later finally to take our cards. Overall, delicious, but spend some time promoting your specials rather than trying to get a bigger tip on a Monday night.

This place is awesome. Great selection of beer, friendly bartenders, good crowd and AWESOME food. It's a little on the expensive side, on par with yard house except it's worth it with a nice outdoor bar. I'm a "burger", guy it's my go to everywhere and their cooper burger was delicious. I want to try their penne alla vodka next time.

We just had another amazing meal at The Cooper. We both had the Hogfish special tonight. It was perfect. Light and crispy and moist all at the same time. Great service. You just can't go wrong here.

What a find! I felt like I was back in NYC or even Brooklyn; from the decor, the knowledgeable staff, and smart thinking chef- what a great establishment. The service was impeccable (Jason) our server for the evening was great. He was attentive but not too in our faces and for my friend and I, since we hardly see each other, it was very much appreciated. The food is all locally sourced and if not, they will tell you exactly where it is procured from. Every single item we ordered- so delicious! Menu is fresh, seasonable, and quite intelligent. The beverage program was equally impressive- they do their ice right and every seasoned bar patron will certainly appreciate it. I don't know what else to say but to just go if you're in the area. Will definitely visit again when in town :)

Came here for brunch on a Sunday. The bottomless mimosas were delicious! Im not a Bloody Mary lover, but they have a Bloody Mary bar, which my friend loved. The food was ok, but a little too salty for me. Would definitely go back for the $10 bottomless mimosas.

The Cooper is tasty and trendy, a hot spot to be seen but with a great menu too. The cheese plate is a great starter and on our recent visit I enjoyed an incredible filet. Either outdoor dining around the tiki bar or dining inside make for great ambiance!

They're farm to table focus has led to an amazing menu coupled with an uncomparable cocktail program. Everything about this restaurant is excellent and every experience there has been fantastic.

This is based on the food only as I usually order out. The Cooper burger was recently on the top 15 lists of best burgers and this one lives up to the hype unlike The Brass Ring which took 35 minutes. This burger was cooked to order in 15 min and tasted FAR better. Comes with Fries.

Had dinner with my grandmother, mother and fiancée. Great food, and great service at the start of the meal (5:30pm) but by the time entrees came out and the restaurant was full our server was no where to be found. He did not serve the entrees or come to ask how they were and after our dishes were cleared it took another 15 minutes to get dessert menus. My martini was empty for more than 30 minutes so we decided to take the check instead of ordering dessert. Can't say this enough, despite in attentive service, really great food.

Tried the prix fix menu items of watermelon gazpacho which was the correct consistency along with the pork chop & partners was the trout. Both were superbly presented in a generous portion cooked as ordered. The desserts that our friendly attentive server recommended were also fresh and most delicious key lime pie and carrot cake and did nit disappoint either. So glad we took the suggestion of the salesperson we asked at the PB garden mall and tried this dining choice and opted for the outdoor seating which was much quieter than eating indoors. This is a must try if you are in the area.

Toni is by far the best bartender . Her service is on point and her hospitality is all around awesome . I have now become a regular . The happy hour specials are amazing I love the empanadas . I highly recommend this place for brunch , lunch and dinner

The food and drinks here are inventive takes on well known favorites. Quality is pretty consistent and execution is up there. The best thing about the Cooper is the staff. Everyone I have encountered has been well informed accommodating and super friendly. David our server on my first visit was so awesome I came back the next day for happy hour. Then I met David and David the bartenders and they were just as great! 3rd visit for happy hour and Timon the bartender keeps the positive experiences going!

Been here 3 times & they do say 3rd times a charm. Our waiter Charlette was super. She really was a charming individual who went out of the way to accomodate our picky eaters. Also, she has such a cool & vibrant personality while interacting with the group but still keeping it professional & attentive. The food is also very flavorful & they state it's farm to table. I didn't care for the Mezza Greek appetizer for $16 it was very small portion but the plates and soups were exquisite.

food and service very good. They have outside dinning with music on the weekends I believe. Anchors from CBS evening news were there the night we were there so must be a good place

This was the first time I went to The Cooper. Our party of six chose to sit outside, as it seemed a bit loud inside. We had a good table, though a bit cramped for six. Our server, Graham, was terrific, and everyone in our party really enjoyed our meals. Their pricing seemed comparable to other 'nicer' places. There is happy hour pricing at the bar, and high top tables, to 6:30 PM. They also have a small plate menu, which two of our party chose. While smaller than a regular entree, it appeared ample. We enjoyed the whole experience and will return.

Great service and amazing food! I am certainly not a connoisseur, but I am a picky eater. I had the best chicken in my life when I was there last week! Juicy and filled with flavor, had us fighting over it and literally craving it the next day, and every day since. Too bad we live an hour and a half away. :-)

Great experience! First time there. We had the Mediterranean Mezze as a starter, and the veggie burger, as well as the Cooper burger. The food was excellent, done was ordered. The service was equally excellent. Wait staff anticipated our needs and knew when not to stop by the table. Ambiance was wonderful. Most definitely will return to try other dishes in this wonderful gem of a restaurant!

I suggest they add a beer list because our waitress didn't have a clue what was on tap. She had to run back to the bar 3 times to find out what beers from Twisted Trunk and Funky Buddha were available. I ended up going up to the bar myself to see and noticed a Due South selection she never mentioned! When i finally decided on the Twisted Trunk, she comes back and says they are out of it! Where they lack in craft beer knowledge they make up for in food. Everybody at the table were happy with their selections especially the burgers. My only complaint here was the pepper mill was empty and so was the next one I grabbed from the empty table next to us forcing me to hunt down a server for pepper. If I could I would have given 3 1/2 stars but 4 was too much.

I love this place! Stumbled upon it driving down the road. I've already ate there 4 times in the past 2 weeks! There meats and veggies are all farm fresh and you can taste the high quality as you're eating. The atmosphere is really nice too. They have live music outside on Saturday when we went! The prices aren't ridiculous either which is a nice relief. Oh and the cocktails! AMAZING. I have to admit, I like girly fruity drinks and as I took a gander at the cocktail list I was super intimated as I saw a lot of gin... But wow was I surprised. I wish I could remember the names of all 3 drinks I tried. One was the Jupiter I believe, grapefruit juice in it and a fresh grapefruit peel on top for garnish- AMAZING. The other one I can't remember the name but I will post a photo. Such a great place!!! If you plan on going here a lot, or once a week on date night make sure u sign up to earn points!

One of our favorite restaurants in PBG! We go for happy hour all the time, and we're never disappointed. Favorites: Dancing Scotsman, sliders, crab cake sliders, queso fundido, ice box cake, Cooper sundae. Great servers, perfect atmosphere!

Fantastic! Professional and knowledgeable staff. . The hand crafted cocktails are amazing! Food is absolute Delish... Some say pricey but the portions are rather large! I highly recommend the short ribs, best in town. Been to The Cooper several times, never disappointed! Great place, would definitely recommend!!

This restaurant will definitely be my place to go every time i come to Fl!

Table for 4 last night. First timers. Great ambience, nice City vibe. "Snacks" were awesome especially the stuffed dates and cheese board, as were the crafted drinks. Underwhelmed by the entrees. Our table ordered Ahi Tuna, Trout and Shrimp pasta dishes. Nothing special. Wrong entree delivered initially, and 2 meals were served lukewarm. When ready to pay we noticed a slight overcharge on our check for "miscellaneous food" and when questioned the Server said she pressed the "wrong button." Definitely return for apps and drinks but wouldn't run back for dinner. Place needs to get its act together!

service and cocktail/drinks menu get a 4 star rating but Cooper misses the mark on the food a bit. Don't get me wrong its fine, just not really good/great. I ordered three items including the Tuscan Salad, Crab Cake and braised kale and rainbow greens. honestly, the greens were the best of the bunch, well seasoned and cooked nicely. The salad was enormous but was weighed down by a ton of romaine lettuce and not much substance. The flavor was fine but it was like eating a giant bowl of lettuce with a few added ingredients. The crab cake, which is the one item I was really judging food quality on was simply made with too much mayo. On the positive side they didn't try and stuff it full of breadcrumbs to make it larger but the flavor was just off. Overall, I think the spot has potential if they can just take the menu (or food flavor preparation) to the next level.

Ok, I will admit my review is a little biased. I am always a sucker for when a restaurant try to focus some on farm to table concept, but there is just something about when restaurants do this that shows that they care more about their food and you can taste the difference. I took my father to the Cooper for Father's Day, along with my sister, and we all loved it. Their specialty drink menu even got my father to try a new drink, which says a lot he is the type to never switch from his usual. From the idea to pre mixing and barrel aging some of their specialty mixed drinks to the freshness of some of their ingredients I was impressed with everything. Being in palm beach gardens restaurant row though do not expect a small price tag, but I think is was well worth it.

If I'm in the gardens this is one of my must stops for dining and cocktails. Great menu, sliders are out of this world. The filet stands up to some of the best steakhouses in florida. Cocktail menu is very well done. Classics, modern renditions plus a barrel aged program. Make sure you make a reservation because the place gets packed during peak hours.

Went to The Cooper for Sunday lunch. They had $10 bottomless mimosas and a custom Bloody Mary bar. Really cool idea. Lunch selections were limited but all sounded great. Locally farmed ingredients. My mom had The Cooper burger that I have to say was deliver just about raw but then cooked perfect. Amazing taste! I had the blt with avocado. Yummy!! Good service delicious food. I heard they have a fun happy hour. Will return for that.

They can't seat you inside at a low table without a reservation. Even with a handicapped person in the party. The restaurant was virtually empty when we attempted to eat brunch a few minutes after they opened and were told we could either sit outside or at a high top inside since we lacked reservations. We won't be attempting this establishment again.

Happy hour on Friday at Cooper is the best! Boston was our bartender and he made the night for us. His service was the best! We enjoyed the happy hour menu - appetizers and great wines at very good prices. The beer braised mussels and crabcake sliders were so good we ordered a second round! I cannot wait to return to Cooper for another experience and try the entrées. The decor is fantastic too!

Tried Cooper's last night and was enthralled from the moment I walked in. Love the dećor, the music, the tables, everything. Our server, Adam, was phenomenal and described items from the menu as if they were his recipes! I ordered the chicken, which was absolutely amazing. My dining companion ordered the turkey burger which was perfect as well. Finished off with the Cooper sundae which was the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. I'll be back soon!

We were looking for Rocco's Tacos but ended up here. This was our first time at The Cooper and it was a delightful surprise. I had the Pressed Duck sandwich with date jelly. It was tender and slightly sweetened by the dates and caramelized red onions. The bread was thick, nice crisp on the outside. The portion was generous with a side of hand cut fries. The fries can be a bit more crispy for my taste but still delicious. I asked for a side of Russian dressing for the fries instead of ketchup. Three other people at my table ordered The Cooper Burger. They looked thick and juicy, obviously hand molded. We ordered the sundae and mocha cake for dessert. Portions were enough for the table to share. We favored the sundae over the cake. The cake was difficult to cut into, layers slid apart so we could not achieve the "perfect bite". We were seated at roomy comfortable table outdoors. Although seating outdoors is near a busy street, the noise was not disruptive. There was just enough shrubbery to block out the view of passing cars, you forget how close you are to the street. Our server was accommodating and great (Juan)! He responded to our needs expediently. Definitely coming back here!

Amazing farm to table food and awesome drinks. Highly recommend the cucumber martini but ask to go light on the sour mix of you don't like drinks that are too sweet. Also the bathrooms are really cool.

The cooper offers an interesting premise, "craft" cocktails, decent food, OK atmosphere, but they do fall short. When we were there we sat at the bar and found the bartenders to be arrogant and condescending. They were legends in their own minds. The drinks were inconsistent, the cheese stuffed olives were pre-stuffed out of a jar and tasted horrible (Not much "craft" here), and the service was below average, although the food was pretty good, I will never go back. Hopefully in a year or so after they go out of business, the next place in this location will be better.

First time here. This place could rate 4 stars or more just for the crafted cocktails. Imagine real craft cocktails in the land of Rum & Coke. Maybe there is hope for Palm Beach County! The stuffed dates (Wow!), and Falafel appetizers were excellent. Nice selection of entrees from seafood and steaks to vegetarian. Very good service. Nice atmosphere. Manager stopped by to see how our first bite was. Four of us, and we all were impressed with what we ordered. Going to try it for lunch next.

Earlier tonight I visited The Cooper for the first time. We were seated immediately and without a reservation, which was lovely. We started with three selections from the "Snacks" section of the menu: the Crispy Fried Olives, Stuffed Peppadew Peppers, and the Chorizo & Manchego Stuffed Medjool Dates with Hazelnut Romesco. All of these were brilliant and delicious, especially the Stuffed Dates (the Hazelnut Romesco made me want to lick the plate). I ordered a dirty martini, and was pleasantly surprised to be offered bleu cheese stuffed olives for the martini: my favorite! It was very good, but it's hard to mess up when Grey Goose and bleu cheese stuffed olives are involved. For dinner, I ordered the Tuscan Salad with a Crab Cake added on. This dish was really the only weak point as far as food goes. The salad sounded yummy in theory, but was totally blah and sad in reality. The polenta croutons are a really cool concept, but they just weren't good: not crispy enough and not seasoned well. The greens were pretty soggy and wilted, even though the dressing was almost too light, as I couldn't detect a trace of the balsamic in any bite. The fresh mozzarella was fine, but not the best ever. The crab cake was good in terms of basic crab-content, but it was kind of blah and under-seasoned as well. I requested a bit of the aioli that they serve with the regular appetizer version of the crab cakes, but I don't think that's what I ended up getting. What I did get was very dill-flavored rather than cornichon-flavored. Regardless, it made the crab cake enjoyable. Another in my group of three ordered the bacon-wrapped meatloaf, which was melt-in-your-mouth phenomenal. The third member of my group ordered the Farmer's Market Vegetable Palette, which was a huge, delicious serving of roasted veggies and a quinoa pilaf. We shared a side of the sweet potato fries: also delicious. The service was quite good overall, and the server was kind and knowledgable. She could have checked in a bit more often and made her first visit to the table more quickly. It was uncomfortably hot inside the restaurant. All windows and doors were open to the March Florida night, which might sound idyllic, but when it's still 82 degrees with 86% humidity and no breeze at 9pm, you've either got to really crank the AC or shut the windows/doors. Had it been a cool night, it would have been heavenly. The restaurant is elegant without being stuffy at all -- a kind of mix of European styles in terms of decor. The lighting and seating were both beautiful and comfortable. I loved the non-traditional "booth" seating in our section. The restaurant was surprisingly large for a farm-to-table concept, which may account for the few issues we experienced. I will definitely go back, as I didn't get to explore the impressive charcuterie section of the menu at all, and the "Snacks" are worth a repeat on their own. The wine and spirits list was fantastic in scope, so I'm also looking forward to exploring that! I will, however, be asking if the windows and doors are open, or I'll go on a less-oppressively-tropical night. The place has massive potential. I will update with my next visit.

What had been a marvelous dining experience has now become a disappointment.service slow, noise level loud. Favorite dishes not favorite any longer. Chicken Pollaird pounded paper thin and dry as cardboard. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes...,apiece of glass in the potatoes. Had to send whole meal back. When returned meatloaf tasted as if microwaved.will give another try but patients running out.

This is kind of a mixed review. I think that the place has good food, and good potential. however there are a few things about this place that really don't do it for me: I get the overall impression that this place is trying really hard to be the trendiest spot in town. I get it - kale, dates and quinoa are in these days. And the descriptions of the food are not always accurate. For example: the pressed duck grilled cheese is really good. Except, it's not pressed, and it's not grilled cheese. Instead of trying to go the trendy route, why not just let the food speak for itself instead of having to put kale in everything? Why go completely out of your way to title something a pressed grilled cheese when it's a duck sandwich on artisan bread? The service is not that good. It took a long time to order, and get our food. We had to ask for bread and olive oil, which normally comes first. When they did bring it out, they put the olive oil in a dish not really suitable for dipping - more like a "dressing on the side" dish, whichdoesn't pour well. Normally, I wouldn't care about such a small detail. but, because of it, we had to pour the olive oil on our plates, and stir it with forks to get any herbs out, leading to olive oil getting all over the table.

To start off, our waitress was amazing and perfect (I wish I remembered her name to give her credit). She gave us the specials and we decided to order the ny strip sandwich which was delicious! The French fries were also good. My daughters chicken fingers were ok, not spectacular and my burger was great. The seating outside was really nice and had a great atmosphere.

Exquisite!!! Farm to table, fresh organic food prepared for a leisurely meal! Mondays half price bottles of wine and chef-prepared food. Wait staff was attentive and professional. Appetizers and soup were wonderful. Worth the time and price to get food of this quality!

Updating my review and adding a star. The food is still not amazing, but they make a good burger. The bar is lively and provides decent people watching. 9 months into life in Jupiter, I'm beginning to lower my SF foodie bar. Better than average cocktails and a fun spot to go with a group of friends.

Went to Coopers last might with a group of friends and was sadly disappointed after hearing good reviews. The service was average and slow for the most part. The atmosphere is what really gives this place a cool feel. As for dinner, I had the blue cheese filet and was sadly disappointed when it was overdone (no pink). From the outside looking in, it looks like a 5 star restaurant. Sadly, it wasn't what I had hoped for. A change of menu, while still keeping the "farm to table" concept, or a new chef could really turn this place around to make it on PBG Blvd.

Farm to table concept, done well. Good wine list, good fresh food. Delicious carrot cake. Nice atmosphere, appears clean. I would give 4.5 if I could but not exactly a full 5. Headed there tonight, so maybe that will change !

The cocktails were very good and the charcuterie board and cheese were very good also. Although we had to ask for more bread and a few more pieces of the meat so each at the table (5 of us) could have a taste. And our bar waiter, was from Spain. I don't remember his name but he was fantastic and very helpful and sincere. The dinner experience was awful. 3 of us ordered steak, (hanger & delmonico) ordering it medium. They were delivered RARE. When we asked the waiter to bring them back to the kitchen he said " The kitchen in having a bad night, so I made the decision to order it rare, because they are overcooking things tonight". When the steaks were returned they were medium on the inside, but charcoal black on the outside and inedible. Our waiter did and said nothing about it. The potatoe pave that he bragged to us about, was undercooked and crunchy. All the food was very poorly seasoned. When we brought this to the attention of our waiter he said the owner is reacting to the yelp reviews that said the food was too salty. The biggest complaint I have, is that we ordered a $90 bottle of Jordan wine. When the bill came, we were charged for 2 bottles. The waiter apologized and said "Oh sorry, I ANTICPATED the sale of a second bottle to you ladies." I am sorry but that is inexcusable. It left such a bad taste in our mouth about the Cooper. Yes, the decor is lovely and unusual for Florida. The cocktails were very well done. But the rest of the experience was flat out annoying and insulting. And the prices were that of a NY Steak house like Peter Luger. Except Peter Luger is DELICIOUS and the wait staff is incredible professional.

Gave this place an extra star because our waiter, Frank, was both knowledgeable and personable.....BUT the food is mediocre at best and it's quite clear that this is a chain restaurant on par with Cheesecake Factory or Seasons 52......the food was just okay and they seem to have stolen a great deal of their ideas from Coolinary Cafe which is IMO a much better restaurant with better prices and higher quality food that has the same "farm to table" concept. The craft cocktails were interesting and the decor is lovely but the acoustics are horrendous inside. Won't be rushing back here anytime soon.

First time we went I would have given it a three, this time def a five, Server was great, so was the food (braised short ribs special, and the lentil soup). Will def be back.

The ambience is wonderful. The service is amazing, we must of had five people taking care of us. However the food was just okay. My husband had the hamburger and he said it was great. However I had the chicken and it was quite spicy. I ordered the mashed potatoes on the side and it was the size of an ice cream scoop. Would I go back again? Absolutely there are other things I want to try before I reach a conclusion

You better make a reservation because this place is jamming. The Cooper is a fun place with good food and great service. Carmen took care of us and made the experience more accommodating. Our party of 4 nailed the drinks with the "bees knees," "silver lining," and "name dropper." Thy were all were fantastic and nearly outshone the short ribs I sampled, and the ny strip on special. Points off for the burnt Apple cobbler and the sides leave something to be desired, but overall the Cooper is a good time for family and friends alike.

This was an ok place. Food was fair. I started with the Tuscan salad. Every other bite was a forkful of salt. The salami & cheese platter was pretty good but I don't know if it was worth the $25. I ordered the burger medium well & it came out bleeding & mooing! Service was average. The worst part - there was no air conditioning in the private room in the back. As we were there for our niece's birthday dinner & there were 10 of us it got pretty hot over the night! Not sure I will be running back there to eat very soon.

service was a little slow but food is excellent. If you get the steak, they cook on the raw side so request more well done than you usually do!

love the farm to table concept. was looking forward to eating here since the on line menu was great. when we got there, very little was available- the first 2 bottles of wine were sold out, the gin for the martini was gone, the first 2 entrees were gone.... service provider was very pleasant but had more tables than he could handle and took 45" to get drinks. salads took another 30". noise level is prohibitive- have to yell to be heard inside. they can fix a lot of this- update the menu on the website- add a server- put in noise baffles.... it would be worth it.

Dinner got off to a bumpy start when my Gin and Tonic arrived without any Gin. Oops! My dinner entree was the delicious sounding Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Talk about comfort food! Well, the broccoli and mashed potatoes were fine, buy the meatloaf was so greasy that I could not finish it. My wife ordered a Chicken Paillard and the chicken was so salty she could not eat it. The restaurant was not full, so it would seem that the kitchen was not overwhelmed. Probably will not return. Too many reliable choices out there.

I always ate at the Cooper bar. Boston is a terrific bartender, and also a very nice guy. Tonight I sat at an outdoor table and the food and service were remarkable. My server, Jenna, was knowledgeable in every dish on the menu and her upbeat manner was welcome and refreshing. We had the swordfish and the scallops. Both mains, as well the included veges, were fresh and excellent. The carrot cake, served in a jar type dish was layered a few times and the taste treat kept coming. The place has nice vibes, as well as live music at various times. Don't hesitate to eat here.

THE best Potato Leek soup I've ever eaten. Served piping hot with flavor notes such as caramelized onion make this soup worth the trip. Outstanding service from Bartender, Sean, provide an experience that I want to have again, very soon. Try this place, sit at the bar, and enjoy service and food that will make you want to return!

This was my first time dining at the Cooper. I heard about this new restaurant from a food photographer and wanted to try it. My experience from start to finish was just OK. Let me start by saying that the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The tile floor, the lighting, the tables and that bar... Wow! The bar is gorgeous! They sat us near the bar at a weird low profile table with high back, over sized chairs. Nice for drinks but a bit awkward for dining and yes, we did say that we were there for dinner. Our server was pleasant enough, but not the friendliest, when we mentioned the table was awkward, she acknowledged it, laughed and then walked away without offering us another table, she was a real peach! BTW, there were plenty of empty tables. We ordered the Salumi board. Meats and cheeses, etc. It was fantastic! Loved the presentation and the flavor. In addition, I felt it was a nice portion that two could share. Really lovely, and ultimately the highlight of the evening. Now, the dinner part. I really hope that someone reads this because you can't sprinkle micro greens all over a dish and call yourself a "farm to table" restaurant. Fresh local ingredients are necessary, but it's what you do with them that matters! Try for one second to respect the food and care about the presentation! I ordered the PORCINIDUSTED DIVER SCALLOPS with Sweet corn fondue, roasted oyster mushrooms, shaved asparagus salad & lemon-tru&e emulsion for $29.00. Honestly, if there was a sweet corn fondue, I didn't see it or taste it on my plate, as for the "shaved asparagus" I know for a fact there was zero asparagus on my plate... shaved or otherwise. The scallops were medium heat, practically cold and the salad was just that... greens with some mushrooms sprinkled around. Super disappointed and zero flavor. My Husband ordered the SEARED "RARE" AHI TUNA SALAD - Swank Farms greens, avocado, cucumber, mango-lime vinaigrette $19.00. He was not impressed. The salad had wilted brown greens and the "mango-lime" vinaigrette was barely present. The portion was more of what you would offer for lunch, literally 4 small pieces of tuna arranged sadly next to a pile of barely dressed greens. For a place that is this beautiful and pricy to be soooo amateur is pitiful! Lastly, our awesome server (apply sarcasm) took away our wine glasses without asking us if we would like another. The mere suggestion may have made us think about ordering another, but nooo.

Not impressed. Salad so small. Chicken not cooked enough. Empty tables inside and they say no we are waiting on reservations in an hour or so.

Great lunch today in a farm to table restaurant. Decor is cool earthy look. Wait staff very attentive and nice. Had a turkey burger and fries, you can taste the farm fresh. Wonderful experience and I ever leave reviews. Felt I had to tell everyone about this place. Will definitely be back.

Just had lunch at the inside bar at copper. We ordered three appetizers - sliders, beer braised mussels and the ham and cheese a la plancha. By far our favorites was the mussels - delicious sauce. The bartenders were very helpful in helping up pick out what we should try.

The Palm Beaches has been waiting for a delicious farm-to-table restaurant. I love the menu and the decor is fab. They've only been open a week...I wish them success. Our food was excellent and the servers were very nice. Check it out!

Nice to have a farm to table in the area, but unfortunately was disappointed. Nice crowd and great vibe, but the service and menu were subpar. Server was slow and didn't check on us. The meat and cheese tray was just average. The fried olives were great. The scallop entree was cold and only came with 4 scallops. I wouldn't rush back.

Tonight our dinner could be easily forgotten, reservation forget it, stood for 35 min with reservation , refused us for four a table for 6 upset we got it. Prices extra high above high. Service 5 star great. Food not even close to marvelous. My best vowel. (Sucks). Going back big no. Try It you can see if call it like it is. My expensive vodka seemed to,be ice only,

This place is open for lunch even though Yelp says it isn't. Maybe Yelp meant they shouldn't. It wasn't bad, and I'll give it a shot for dinner. But if you have the nuts to charge $14 for a salad with grilled chicken, you should be at Barney's on Madison Ave in NYC, or it should be perfect - and this was neither. The Tuscan salad, apparently named for the almost nonexistent (two bite-sized pieces) mozzarella hidden among the mixed greens. The mix was chiefly escarole - but that's fine if you like escarole, which I do. The dressing was well-seasoned and the right amount. Kalamata olives were few, and that is how it should be. Far too many salads are fashioned by uncaring busboys or waitresses have lack knowledge of balance of flavor. Roasted garlic was present as promised and delivered a lithe punch. We all know its difficult to find quality tomatoes in Florida, but its not impossible. Why then, on this $14 salad, are huge chunks of 'tomato' whose texture can only be compared to a foam Christmas ornament forced on unsuspecting diners? And anyone who says they cook for a living ought to be able to produce a somewhat tender grilled chicken breast in a not-too-busy lunch service. Maybe they were juggling the cooking of the chicken while overcooking the burger ($12). I'd go again, because the burger was otherwise near-perfect. Beautifully seasoned meat on a terrific brioche bun. They're also thisclose to getting the fries right - if they were blanched first and then finished, they'd have fended off the sogginess that held them back. A dinner visit soon will add more insight. Update: Dinner last night upped the rating from two stars to four. We ordered fried olives as well as falafel as an amuse bouche. Two utterly random items snatched from the culinary universe and wedged into the 'snacks' at the very top of the menu. At Petaluma in New York (a fair comparison since prices are comparable) they were brought to every table for no fee - here six or so will set you back five bucks. They were done perfectly - though the NY version used smaller olives which balanced the crisp element with the briny juicy olive better. Falafel balls were also cooked beautifully, and blinked us back to the street carts where we first met them. Caesar salad raises an eyebrow with an $11 tag, but it was put together well. Though there was no mention of polenta croutons in the description, they complemented the whole production. Steak tartare - a dish too many chefs wither from (maybe they're the people at the grocery store who insist on sequestering eggs and chicken from everything else) - is a generously portioned blend of high quality beef. An A-, however, because the cornichons were chopped and blended into the meat, which pushed it to the pickley side. Couldn't locate the steamroller - the only possible way the chef could get the chicken paillard to be an exact replica of a tortilla. Local greens/sprouts made this savory light-as-cotttoncandy interpretation work. Burger revisited: If the dinner crew on a busy Friday could shine so much over the lunch staff a few weeks back, could they keep it going with a simple burger? Short answer - yes. Billed as 8oz of butcher's blend, it was at least 10oz - Pat LaFrieda would be proud. Look up 'perfectly prepared rare burger' in Wikipedia and that's the picture you see. The toasted challah bun was an ideal mate - so were the pickles. The Russian judge deducted points for the wafer-thin cheddar, but it couldn't stop the overall excellence. French fries were world class - deep golden, crispy/tender, I swear I saw Thomas Keller himself tending the deep fryer. When you put all this into a northern California feel and add great service, you get an instant classic that should stay for a long run.

Talk about great dining experience and finally a restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens with ENERGY! The service and food at The Cooper were Excellent. We had the Seafood Cioppino and the Loch Duart Salmon both were delicious and flavored perfectly. The peach cobbler and The Cooper sundae were to die for!!! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the seats were incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable.

We had a gathering of 9 at the outside farm table and it was great. Very relaxing and the little ones can go off to the fountain or play checkers on the life size board nearby. The food is excellent the service is a little slow.

Had the cooper yesterday for lunch and fell in love. Went around end of lunch so got both menus and loved the selections on both. Grabbed a name dropper and a cooper slider to begin and from the moment dave the bartender threw his boston charm in, the meal was off on the right foot. The slider was juicy on an amazing bun. Meal time; bacon wrapped meatloaf and a half roasted chicken, not a bite left enough said. Had another appetizer for dessert, just had to do it, ham and cheese a la plancha. Think two bite most amazing grilled cheeses ever. Just go I implore you too, I'll be back!!

The Cooper is a terrific restaurant. The service is great and the food is excellent. It is very difficult to find an assortment that is gluten free. At the Cooper there are several items to chose from and they are all good. We have been several times and have been happy every time.

The Cooper was just what we were hoping for. My college friends and I had a fabulous time! The food was delicious. I had the chicken paillard. One of my friends had the scallops, another had the broiled chicken and another ordered the swordfish. No one complained about their dish. And our waiter was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back to The Cooper!

Good, but will have to improve service time before the season is underway. Started the weeknight evening outdoors for drinks and a cheese platter. Waitress was not familiar with any of the beers (we read from the taps) nor the wines. For the cheese platter, she asked what we wanted, but was not familiar with the options. The wrong wine was brought for the second round and we had to go to the bar to correct as waitress was nowhere to be found. We continued into the restaurant to dine and had a great rustic table. We ordered more drinks and had to ask for bread to come out. It was cold (not sure by design) but was accompanied by pesto and flavorful olive oil. We ordered five burgers that took 30 min to arrive. We were not in a rush, but it felt long. The burgers arrived on wooden cutting boards and fries in a separate cup. All of the diners felt that the food was not hot. My medium rare burger was medium well. The scene is wonderful and I hope that this restaurant can keep up with the influx of Northern visitors. I'll give it another try.

Went twice this week while visiting my Mom. Whole family, including 10 year old and teen. We had delicious food and wonderful service. The prices are reasonable for the quality. Menu to please all ages and tastes. We will be back on our next visit!

Quickly becoming my favorite locale. The ambience and service are very enjoyable. This visit I had possibly the best ever turkey burger - with roasted tomatoes, goat cheese and arugula. Why would anyone dilute it with mayo or mustard?

I recently ate at The Cooper and was impressed at every level. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that I was in a restaurant of quality. We were seated at a window table in the lively, beautifully decorated dining room. My husband and I eat out often and as soon as we looked at the menu we could tell that this was the real deal. Our server, Sam, was extremely poised and professional. We were informed that the proprietor of The Cooper has nine restaurants in Connecticut. Not surprising.... We started our night with some specialty cocktails - I had the "cucumber southside", tart and sweet, he had the "On the Border" , the Cooper's spin on a Manhattan. Now on to the food... Incredible!! I started with the Kale salad, a healthy and fulfilling start to my meal. The fresh crisp greens were accompanied by the refreshingly sweet and salty combination of local watermelon and french feta cheese. We also had the mussels - fresh, flavorful and plump, served in a cast iron bowl. Our main courses were awesome - The porcini dusted diver scallops were served with a succulent sweet corn fondue and a side of asparagus and mushroom salad... and the Jerry's bacon wrapped meatloaf was delicious- served with mashed potatoes and brocolini. We are thrilled to have such a vibrant and substantial restaurants in our community. We will return over and over again, don't miss it!

This review would have been a five out of five except for our experience with the FOH staff. The hostesses seemed unfazed and unprepared for the second turn of the night. We arrived at 7:25 for our 7:30 reservation, which we had made earlier that day for a party of three plus an infant (16 month). Upon our arrival It was pouring rain as it had been all day. My sister alerted the hostess of our arrival and she responded "Its going to be a while, unless you'd like to sit in the rain". She said no we will wait to be inside. We wait for a solid 30 minutes. No one offered me a chair as I held my 25lb niece in 4 inch heels on the slippery tile floor. Meanwhile the hostess spend their time munching on caramels while they tired to fix the chaos. After several older gentleman bullied their way into being seated first we were seated around 8:10. Our server promptly greeted us, I believe her name was Demi. She provided us with a great experience. She was knowledgeable in both the wine &dinner menu. She gave us great recommendations and was extremely friendly. The food was delicious. We have eaten at the cooper a few times this was our third, each time our service has been wonderful as has the food. Hopefully management will make the appropriate changes with the FOH management and hostess. No one wants a rude greeting. I always feel bad leaving negative reviews and I understand it can get stressful especially in the hospitality industry but there is no excuse for rude hostesses.

This restaurant seems to be hit or miss. My husband and I have dined at the Cooper a total of 6 times with different sized groups, for both dinner and brunch. The ambiance is fantastic but that's about it. The first few times the food was very good but the service has always been slow and uninformed (perhaps due to the restaurant newness or just poor training). The last time the food and service were simply atrocious. I ordered the snapper (which i have ordered several times) and it came out charred with black lines and what seemed like bits charred beef across the top. The smell was something like burned hair. I showed the waiter and he seemed to be ambivalent as took the plate back to the kitchen. I was starving at this point, so I asked him how the veggie burger was. He explained that it was almost like a steak, it was thick and full of flavor, just delicious. I opted for the burger and what came out was so disappointing. The "steak-like" burger was a charred, dry, crumbling mess of flavorless grains. The burger could not even be picked up. That was also sent back as i gave up and ate my husband's mashed potatoes for dinner (which were very good). The waiter then returned and asked if we wanted dessert, which we declined. He then promptly brought the check. We had planned on ordering another bottle of wine and chatting a bit more but at this point we lost all interest. We won't be returning anytime soon. We both had such high hopes for this place. I'm really hoping they can turn it around because it's a great concept but so poorly managed.

The best new restaurant in a very long time to hit the PBG area. Food extremely creative and healthy! Rich, the owner, is personable and knowledgable. His personal label Cuvée is delicious by the glass. We'll return soon.

The restaurant is beautiful, but unfortunately the food and service is dismal. We ordered the meat and cheese platter that took over an hour to receive. We were told the meat and cheeses were cut to order and they had 7 orders.... So GET ANOTHER PERSON TO CUT! Then our food arrived just after the meat and cheese platter. We were concerned this might happen and had mentioned to the waiter we didn't want everything to arrive at once and he ASSURED us it would not...but it did. So we turned our food away and were again assured new plates would be made. After we finished our appetizer of meats and cheeses our food arrived...COLD! Three of the five of us ordered the diver scallops and all three plates were different and COLD! At that point we asked that our plates be taken away with 1 bite off each. We were done! The manager came over offering another plate, but at this point it was 10pm and we were done dealing with the poor service. We left hungry and upset about our entire experience! It's a shame because the menu sounds so good and it is truly a beautiful place. I will NOT go back!! The ONLY reason I gave 1 star was the decor! Otherwise 0 star!!!!!!
